1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Haybi ("the App"), a loyalty rewards platform operated by AyalonPlus Technologies Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Haybi mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any updates or modifications we may make.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AyalonPlus Technologies Private Limited regarding your use of the Service.
2. Eligibility
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
Geographic Restrictions
The Service is currently available only in India. By using the Service, you represent that you are located in India and have a valid Indian phone number or email address for verification purposes.
Account Limitations
Each individual may only maintain one Haybi account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of accumulated points.
3. Account Registration & Security
Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your phone number or email address for OTP verification. You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and current information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend:
- Using a secure, personal device to access the Service
- Not sharing your OTP codes with anyone
- Logging out when using shared devices
- Reporting suspicious activity immediately
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4. Points Program Rules
Earning Points
You can earn points through various activities on the Service:
- Check-ins: Visit partner merchants and check in within the designated geofence radius
- Daily Spin Wheel: Spin once every 24 hours for a chance to win points
- Games: Complete games like Scratch Card, Memory Match, and Trivia
- Daily Challenges: Complete daily objectives for bonus points
- Referrals: Invite friends who successfully register and verify their accounts
Redemption Rules
Points may be redeemed for rewards subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum redemption threshold is 500 points (₹50 equivalent)
- Cash rewards are transferred via UPI or bank transfer
- Processing time is typically 24-48 business hours
- Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued
Expiration Policy
Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned unless otherwise specified. You will receive notifications before points expire. Account activity (check-ins, games, spins) may extend the expiration period.
Non-Transferability
Points are personal to your account and cannot be:
- Transferred to another user
- Sold, bartered, or exchanged
- Combined with points from other accounts
- Inherited or assigned
Points have no cash value except when redeemed through the official redemption process.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Fraud: Using fake locations, GPS spoofing, or other means to falsely claim check-ins
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account
- Abuse: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Service
- Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
- Interference: Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity
- Illegal Activity: Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated points without compensation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:
- The Haybi name, logo, and branding
- App design, graphics, and user interface
- Software, code, and algorithms
- Text, images, and multimedia content
- Game mechanics and reward structures
are owned by AyalonPlus Technologies Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Third-Party Content
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyalonPlus Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or data breaches
- Actions of partner merchants or third parties
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the value of points in your account at the time of the claim or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.
8. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, any unredeemed points will be forfeited.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Extended periods of inactivity (12+ months)
- Any reason at our sole discretion
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all accumulated points. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
You agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings. Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action arising.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification
- Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
